This is an alpha release of LIBH.

This is an alpha release because the API is not yet stable.
Once the API is stabilized, it will go to beta release for
further testing before the final release.

LIBH is a collection of the many handy and helpful C functions
I have found I needed to write over the many years.  Once I
collected many of these functions together, I also started to
fill in the logical gaps between those that I actually needed
to make a more complete library.

LIBH is divided up into sections.  Each section has its own
subdirectory tree, and produces its own header files.

Most functions and macros are currently only documented in the
source code.
